1). PARTIES.

This agreement is made as of Current Date (“Effective Date”) between First and Last Name, (“RENTER”)  and The Traveling Teebox  ("OWNER").

2). RENTAL PROPERTY.

The Traveling Teebox includes: inflatable, simulator software, projector, screen, hitting mats, clubs, golf balls, air machine, and a iPad.


3). RENTAL PERIOD AND LOCATION.

4). RENTAL FEE AND  DEPOSIT.

Fees. The renter will pay The Traveling Teebox rental fee within 48 hours before the event start date.

Deposit. The renter acknowledges and agrees that the deposit amount set out here is due when signing this agreement to book your date. The deposit IS refundable and will be compensated back to the renter within 48 hours of pick up if no damage (not including wear and tear) is done to the inflatable teebox and equipment.

Invoice. The Traveling Teebox will issue two invoices to the renter upon signing of this agreement. The first being the refundable deposit due at the time of signing and the second being the total rental fee due 48 hours before of the event start date.


5). RESPONSIBILITY AND RULES.

Renters:

  • The renter is responsible for any damage to the equipment during the rental period that will result in the loss of the deposit excluding normal wear and tear.
  • No food or drinks are allowed inside the inflatable.
  • All individuals must hit from the mat inside the inflatable only (i.e., individuals must not swing golf clubs while standing off of the mat) and must aim toward the golf simulator screen.
  • Only the individual who is taking a turn may stand inside the teebox. All other players, spectators, and other individuals must stay behind the green turf outside the hitting area.
  • All individuals must use common sense and be mindful of their circumstances/surroundings to avoid injuring other persons or property.
  • No property of the teebox is to be removed from the set up location premises.
  • The teebox is not allowed to be moved to a different area within the location set up before contacting and getting permission.
  • The renter agrees to use the equipment responsibly and in accordance with any provided instructions or safety guidelines.
  • The renter agrees to be held liable if any property listed in section 2 is stolen/lost and not returned by the pick up date/time.


6). CANCELATION AND RESCHEDULING.

Cancellation. The Renter may terminate this agreement and/or reschedule the services by providing The Traveling Teebox with written notice no later than 48 hours before the original date of the event. The renter acknowledges and agrees that renter is not relieved of any payment obligations for cancellations and rescheduling unless the minimum notice is provided or unless the parties otherwise agree upon.


Rescheduling. In the event of Rescheduling, The Traveling Teebox will use reasonable efforts to accommodate the renters change. If we are not able to accommodate the renters change despite using reasonable efforts, the parties agree that such rescheduling will be deemed as cancellation by renter and The Traveling Teebox will be under no obligation to perform the services other than on the original date of the event.


6). LIABILITY.

I, Renters Name understand on behalf of all parties participating that the The Traveling Tee Box and Owners are not held liable for any claims, demands, injuries, loss, liability, damages to oneself or property, costs, expenses, actions, or causes of actions whatsoever. I understand that The Traveling Tee Box is not held liable for any property damage that results in the use of its services. I fully understand that I am hereby relinquishing substantial legal rights, including the right of financial recovery for injury and/or death and I understand all the inherent risks of the activity. I expressly agree that this Agreement shall be binding upon myself, spouse, parents/legal guardians, co-workers, friends, family, heirs, executors, administrators, assigns, and all others using the services provided by The Traveling Teebox and that they hold no liability under no circumstances.


ACKNOWLEDGEMENT.

By signing below, I Renters Name (the renter) hereby acknowledges that I have read, understood, and agreed to all parts of this contract.
